Important Notes When Searching for Reservations Including Passengers with a Disability Certificate

IBEX Airlines offers a disability discount
for one passenger holding a disability certificate and up to one accompanying assistant.

When a reservation includes a passenger with a disability certificate, bookings can be made for up to two passengers in total.
For groups of three or more passengers, please make separate reservations.

Infant Reservations

For infants aged from 8 days to under 2 years old as of the itinerary commencement date, one infant may sit on the lap of one accompanying adult free of charge.

Age Infants: Children from 8 days old up to under 1 year of age
One infant per adult The infant may sit on the accompanying adult’s lap free of charge.
Multiple infants per adult Up to two infants may accompany one adult.
  • One infant may sit on the adult’s lap free of charge.
  • For the second infant, a seat must be reserved, and a ticket must be purchased with the child discount (applicable to passengers aged 2 to 11)
How to make a reservation Lap infant / Free:Please select “Infant” when making your reservation.
Seat required / Charge applies:Reservations cannot be made online. Please contact the Reservation and Service Center to make your booking.
Remarks
  • Due to restrictions on the number of infants allowed on board, reservations may not be accepted regardless of seat availability displayed.
  • After ticket purchase, passengers or infants cannot be added to the reservation.
  • To add an infant, the existing reservation must be cancelled and refunded, and a new reservation must be made.

Disability Discounts

Terms and Conditions This fare is available to the passengers below.
Please provide the necessary booklet showing eligibility for the discount upon ticket purchase and carrying out boarding procedures.
The discount will not apply if you are unable to present your booklet.
Passengers with Grade 1/Grade 2/Grade 3 disabilities, and up to 1 caregiver
Passengers with an official air travel discount seal for themselves, or for both themselves and a caregiver, in their War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet/Rehabilitation Certification Booklet, and up to 1 caregiver
  • This discount will also apply to passengers issued with a War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet/Rehabilitation Certification Booklet without an official air travel discount seal, and also to their caregiver.
    Passengers with a mental disability and up to 1 caregiver

Discount Rate A discount equivalent to 20% off the adult fare.
  • For passengers 11 years old and under, if purchasing under the disability discount, the Child Discounts, which offers a higher discount, will apply instead.Discounts cannot be combined.
How to make a reservation When selecting the number of passengers, please check the box indicating that Including passengers with a disability certificate, then proceed to search for available seats. The fare displayed will reflect the discounted price.
  • Passengers using the Disability Discount cannot be ticketed together with passengers who are not using the discount.
    If both discounted and non-discounted passengers are traveling, separate reservations must be made.
Remarks If the passenger with a disability is an infant under 1 year of age who does not occupy a seat, the accompanying caregiver is not eligible for the disability discount.
