About the Online Boarding Certificate Service

  • This service allows you to view and download a Boarding Certificate via the IBEX website.
    A Boarding Certificate can be issued from [Boarding Certificate] under the Reservation Confirmation Receipts, etc. tab on the IBEX website TOP.
  • Boarding Certificates can be issued for up to 12 months from the boarding date.
    E-ticket number is required to retrieve the certificate.
  • Boarding Certificates can be issued for each passenger and each flight.
    (Only the passenger concerned may obtain a Boarding Certificate.)
  • After entering the required information on the Boarding Certificate Search page, the Boarding Certificate will be displayed in PDF format.
    Please download the PDF to your phone or other device and print it yourself if necessary.

◼︎Notes on Issuance

  • A Boarding Certificate cannot be issued if the passenger or flight information cannot be verified.
  • Boarding Certificates cannot be issued for multiple passengers or multiple flights at the same time.
  • A Boarding Certificate cannot be issued if you traveled on another airline's flight due to a flight transfer or rebooking.
  • For reservations purchased under an ANA flight number, please contact ANA.
  • This service is available only for customers traveling on or after June 10, 2026.

Customers who traveled on or before June 9, 2026, may request a Boarding Certificate through the Reservation and Service Center.

Eligibility and Issuance Period

◼︎Eligibility

A Boarding Certificate can be issued for reservations purchased through any of the following channels:

  • IBEX Website
  • Reservation and Service Center
  • Airport Counter
  • Travel Agency

◼︎Issuance Period

A Boarding Certificate may be issued after your flight has been completed and for up to 12 months from the boarding date.

  • A Boarding Certificate can be issued after the arrival of the flight; however, it may take some time for the system to update.
    If the Boarding Certificate is not displayed, please wait and try again later, such as on the following day.
  • If the Web Service Is Unavailable During the Issuance Period

    In some cases, a Boarding Certificate may not be available through the IBEX website.
    If an error continues to occur despite being within the issuance period, please contact the Reservation and Service Center. A Boarding Certificate will be issued and sent by mail.

  • If You Wish to Obtain a Boarding Certificate After the Issuance Period

    Boarding Certificates for flights boarded more than 12 months ago cannot be issued through the IBEX website, airport counters, or the Reservation and Service Center.
    A request for disclosure of personal information from the passenger is required.
    If you wish to obtain a Boarding Certificate, please refer to Privacy Policy "7. Request for Disclosure, etc. or Other Contact."

Requirements for Obtaining a Boarding Certificate

Please prepare the following information in advance when obtaining a Boarding Certificate.

  • Boarding Date
  • Flight Number (FW flight number)
  • Departure Airport
  • e-Ticket Number
  • Passenger Name (full name in the alphabet)
  • The above information is required regardless of whether the Boarding Certificate is issued through the IBEX Web Service, an airport counter, or the Reservation and Service Center.
  • E-ticket number consists of 13 digits beginning with 205.
    It can be found in the reservation confirmation email, e-Ticket Receipt, or boarding pass received by email or displayed in PDF format.
    For up to four days after boarding, the e-Ticket Receipt can also be viewed via [Reservation Confirmation].
  • If you do not know your ticket number, please contact the Reservation and Service Center.
