A replacement ticket is required for those who have forgotten or lost their tickets.
Please purchase a replacement ticket on the departure date at the departure airport.
Please come to the airport in good time, as you will be required to carry out the necessary procedures at an airport counter.
If you have forgotten your ticket, you will need to purchase a replacement ticket(*) on the departure date at the departure airport. Upon doing this, you will obtain a certificate of duplicate ticket purchase.
Please request a refund at a later date within the refund validity period for the ticket you have forgotten.
The refund validity period consists of the ticket validity period and 30 days thereafter.
The designated handling fees will be deducted prior to refund.
If you have lost your ticket, you will need to purchase a replacement ticket(*) at the departure airport on the departure date. Upon doing this, you will receive a certificate of duplicate ticket purchase.
Please fill in a lost ticket form at an ANA airport counter within the refund validity period of the lost ticket. For lost tickets, boarding and refunds are subject to inspection.
