Forgotten/Lost Tickets

A replacement ticket is required for those who have forgotten or lost their tickets.
Please purchase a replacement ticket on the departure date at the departure airport.
Please come to the airport in good time, as you will be required to carry out the necessary procedures at an airport counter.

Forgotten Ticket

If you have forgotten your ticket, you will need to purchase a replacement ticket(*) on the departure date at the departure airport. Upon doing this, you will obtain a certificate of duplicate ticket purchase.

  • Fares eligible for replacement tickets: Applicable fares from the One Way Fare, Child Fare, Disability Discount Fare, and the special passenger fee, regardless of the type of fare of the lost ticket

Please request a refund at a later date within the refund validity period for the ticket you have forgotten.
The refund validity period consists of the ticket validity period and 30 days thereafter.
The designated handling fees will be deducted prior to refund.

<Documentation Required for Refunds>
  • (1)Forgotten ticket
  • (2)Certificate of duplicate ticket purchase
  • (3)Credit card used for purchase when purchasing replacement ticket with credit card

Lost Tickets

If you have lost your ticket, you will need to purchase a replacement ticket(*) at the departure airport on the departure date. Upon doing this, you will receive a certificate of duplicate ticket purchase.

  • Fares eligible for replacement tickets: Applicable fares from the One Way Fare, Child Fare, Disability Discount Fare, and the special passenger fee, regardless of the type of fare of the lost ticket

Please fill in a lost ticket form at an ANA airport counter within the refund validity period of the lost ticket. For lost tickets, boarding and refunds are subject to inspection.

<Requesting a Refund>
  • (1)You will be notified by post of your refund approximately 3 months after the final day of the refund period for the lost ticket.
  • (2)For lost tickets, refunds will only be provided when the ticket has not been used for boarding or refunded previously.
  • (3)For refunds, the following handling fees will apply:
    • Inspection fee (JPY 2,060 per ticket), refund fee, cancellation fee, bank transfer fee.
<Points to Note regarding Refunds>
Lost ticket forms and certificates of duplicate ticket purchase cannot be reissued. Please keep these in a safe place as they are required upon requesting a refund.
