The social media official accounts that IBEX Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) operates, and the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) that are incidental to those accounts, are places that have been established for the purpose of communication between the Company and customers, and between customers and other customers, through social media. When you participate in that communication, please obey the Terms of Use for Social Media (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) below.
Article 1. The Terms’ scope of application and changes
- The Terms shall be applied to all of the users (hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)”) who use the Services.
- If a User has used the Services, it will be deemed that the User consented to the Terms.
- The Company shall be able to change the Terms without being required to obtain Users’ advance consent or give notification after the fact, and when the Terms have been changed, they shall become valid at the time when they are posted on the Company’s website.
- For matters that are not stipulated in the Terms and matters for which the content differs from the Terms, things such as the Terms of Use related to each social media official account that the Company operates shall be applied preferentially.
Article 2. Prohibited matters
- The actions below may not be conducted when using the Services.
- Actions that go against, or that have a possibility of going against, public order, morals, laws, or ordinances
- Criminal actions, actions that will lead to a criminal action, or actions that have a possibility of being a such an action
- Specifying, disclosing, or divulging personal information without the relevant person’s consent
- Actions related to political activities, electoral campaigning, or religious activities
- Things that infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, industrial property rights, or other rights of the Company or a third party
- Actions of using information that the Company provides or the Services for commercial purposes
- Actions of sending or writing things such as a harmful computer program or a camouflaged file
- Actions that hinder other Users’ use of or access to the Services or a portion of the Services
- Things that fall under an improper action stipulated by an individual company that operates social media
- Actions that will hinder operation of the Services, other actions that will cause an impediment for the Services, or actions that have a possibility of causing such hindrance or impediment
- Actions that will cause a disadvantage, damage, or inconvenience to another Users, a third party, or the Company, or actions that have a possibility of doing such a thing
- Actions that defame another Users, a third party, or the Company
- Posts of harmful, obscene, or violent expressions, or other actions for which there is a possibility that other Users will feel uncomfortable
- Actions of pretending to be a third party
- Actions for the purpose of affiliation, advertisement, or publicity
- Actions that infringe a third party’s privacy, such as posting personal information without the relevant person’s consent
- Other things that the Company judges as inappropriate
- If information based on an action (hereinafter referred to as the “Prohibited Action”) that falls under one of the items of Article 2.1 is posted on one of the Company’s social media official accounts, the Company shall be able to conduct handling such as deleting that information without advance notice. In addition, the Company shall be able to stop use of the Company’s social media official accounts by the User who conducted the Prohibited Action and/or take other necessary measures, without notifying the User.
- The Company will not bear any liability whatsoever for any damage that arises for the User because of a measure of Article 2.2.
- If damage arises for the Company because of an action by the User, the Company can claim damage compensation from the User.
Article 3. Intellectual property rights
- Copyrights, trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights for information that is displayed on social media official accounts that the Company operates shall attribute to the Company or the right holder.
- The User may not, without obtaining the right holder’s consent, use information that is on the Company’s social media official accounts beyond the scope that is stipulated by laws related to intellectual property rights.
- If the User transmits information related to the Company on social media, the User shall license to the Company the right to use, throughout the world, non-exclusively, and free of charge, the portions of that information that are protected by intellectual property rights, and the User shall not exercise intellectual property rights related to that information against the Company.
- If the User violates one of the previous clauses and a problem arises with a third party such as a right holder, the User shall resolve that problem at the User’s own liability and expense.
Article 4. Disclaimer
- Information that is transmitted from the Company’s social media official accounts does not necessarily represent official announcements or opinions, and the Company does not bear an obligation to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
- Information that is transmitted from the Company’s social media official accounts is the one as of the time of transmission, and it may be subsequently changed. In addition, the relevant information is only a portion of the information that the Company transmits, and there is also information that is not transmitted from the Company’s social media official accounts.
- The Company may, without advance notice, change or delete information that has been made public on the Company’s social media official accounts. In addition, the Company may, because of an unavoidable reason and without advance notice, discontinue or stop public provision of social media.
- The Company will not bear any liability whatsoever in relation to any damage or problems that arise for the User in relation to information that is displayed on the Company’s social media official accounts or in relation to changes or updates of things such as displays of information.
- The Company does not bear any obligation to reply to things such as questions that are made to the Company’s social media official accounts.
- The Company will not bear any liability whatsoever for content (comments, photographs, videos, etc.) posted by the User. Copyrights for content posted by the User will attribute to the relevant person who made the post. Provided, however, that as a result of posting, when content is displayed on this page, the User shall license to the Company and the Company’s affiliated companies, free of charge, the right to use (including alteration) posted content, and it will be deemed that the User agreed to not exercise any copyrights, etc. against the Company or the Company’s affiliated companies.
- The Company will also not bear any liability whatsoever for any damage that arises because the User used or was unable to use a social media official account.
- Even in a case in which a problem or dispute has arisen between Users or between the User and a third party, the Company will not bear any liability whatsoever.
- The Company’s social media official accounts are operated by the systems of each company that provides social media, and the Company does not make any guarantees in relation to the functions or safety of social media. In addition, the Company cannot make any replies whatsoever to things such as the state of operation of social media systems, methods of use, or technical questions.
Article 5. About handling of personal information
- The Company shall be able to access all of the basic information that has been made public on the User’s social media accounts, such as the User’s name, profile, photographs, gender, and list of friends, within the scope that is permitted based on the Terms of Use that are stipulated by each social media.

Article 6. Governing laws and court jurisdiction
- The Terms will comply with the laws of Japan.
- If a dispute related to the Services arises, Tokyo District Court will be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
