You can use any of the ANA self-service check-in machines at the airport.

You can change flights on the departure date itself if you have a ticket that permits reservation changes.

Available for flight tickets purchased via the IBEX website or Reservation and Service Center
Issuance of tickets for infants
Issuance of cancellation certificates and delay certificates
For certain fares, boarding procedures cannot be carried out using self-service check-in machines.
You can go straight to security when using the SKiP Service.
Please bring one of the following items to carry out boarding procedures (check-in):
Confirmation/reservation numbers
2D barcode printed on your IBEX e-ticket (IBEX e-tickets are mainly issued by travel agencies.)
Credit card used for payment
If you are checking in baggage, please go to an ANA baggage drop counter before going through security.
