IBEX Airlines offers a disability discount
for one passenger holding a disability certificate and up to one accompanying assistant.
When a reservation includes a passenger with a disability certificate, bookings can be made for up to two passengers in total.
For groups of three or more passengers, please make separate reservations.

IBEX Airlines does not lend child seats to passengers. Please bring either a child seat on board with you that conforms to Japanese (MLIT), American (FMVSS), or European (UN/ECE) standards, or a CARES airplane safety harness.
In this instance, a seat reservation is required with the Child Fare.
