Reservation and Sales Period

Payment Deadline
From the start of sale up to 120 hours prior to departure:
Payment must be completed within 72 hours after booking
From 120 hours to 72 hours prior to departure:
Payment must be completed within 48 hours after booking.
From 72 hours to 24 hours prior to departure:
Payment must be completed within 24 hours after booking or at least 20 minutes prior to departure, whichever comes earlier.
From 24 hours prior to departure up to 20 minutes prior to departure:
Immediate ticketing is required.
  • Please note that the purchase deadline displayed on the booking completion screen may vary depending on the date the reservation is made and the selected payment method.
    Regardless of the above periods, payment must be completed by the purchase deadline shown on the booking completion screen.
  • When issuing tickets for multiple flight segments at the same time, the payment deadline is based on the first flight segment.

Changes
Reserved flight changes are allowed if they are on the same segment and within the same fare.
  • If the fare amount differs between the time of purchase and the time of change due to a change in reservations, a fare adjustment will be required.
  • If you select Convenience Store Ticketing (including Pay-easy) as your payment method, changes cannot be made via the website. For any changes, please contact the Reservation and Information Center.
  • No changes are allowed after departure time.
  • It is not possible to change passengers.
Refunds
Requests must be received within the 30-day period starting from the day after the expiration date of the flight ticket.
A cancellation fee will be incurred in the event that a ticket is canceled.
Waitlisted Reservation
For one-way, non-stop itineraries, waitlist reservations are accepted via the website.
Airport Standby
If you hold a one-way, non-stop ticket, airport standby is available only on the day of departure for flights departing earlier than your originally reserved flight.
  • Please note that airport standby is not available if there is no flight you are booked on for that day, or for flights departing later than your originally reserved flight.
