Overview

You can pay by credit card via our website or the Reservation and Service Center. The amount will be deducted from your account on the date designated by the credit card company. (Credit card payments are always for the total amount. Payment in installments is not available.)
When paying by credit card, the ticket issue date will be the credit card payment date. Please authenticate your payment with 3-D Secure.. This will allow you to carry out boarding procedures without having to bring your credit card with you.

Points to Note

  • Credit cards can be used only by the person whose name is written thereon. Please bring the credit card used for payment with you to the airport on the departure date.
  • If using a credit card belonging to someone other than the passenger, the cardholder must bring the card to the airport on the departure date.
  • Credit cards can be used for payment from the sales start date for the 1st sector up to the departure date. If paying by credit card on the departure date, please ensure that you have enough time to do so before the departure time of the flight. For fares with a purchasing deadline, credit card payment is available up to said deadline. Credit card settlement begins the moment the credit card is used, and the ticket amount will be deducted from the credit card account on the designated day.
  • When entering your security code upon payment, you can undertake boarding procedures by using your reservation and confirmation numbers. However, please note that this is not possible with some fares.
  • When paying by credit card, you will not be charged any extra fees (e.g., handling or registration fees) on top of the ticket price (overall amount for the fare used).
  • If your credit card is rejected for some reason by your credit card company, we request you to use another credit card.
  • Please ensure that your card is not used fraudulently. Compensation may be required for any losses suffered.
  • A designated cancellation fee will apply upon canceling your reservation after payment. When requesting a refund, a refund fee of JPY 440 will apply per ticket.
  • Please make sure to check the Applicable Fare Conditions for your fare.
  • You will be unable to obtain your tickets if you forget the credit card used for payment on the departure date. In this instance, you will need to purchase a new ticket at the airport.
  • You will receive a receipt upon carrying out your boarding procedures.
  • We has implemented authentication services (3-D Secure) as part of security enhancement to protect against credit card fraud.
  • If authentication services (3-D Secure) is not available temporarily, security code authentication might be required.
