Terms and Conditions This fare is available to the passengers below.
Please provide the necessary booklet showing eligibility for the discount upon ticket purchase and carrying out boarding procedures.
The discount will not apply if you are unable to present your booklet.
  • Passengers with Grade 1/Grade 2/Grade 3 disabilities, and up to 1 caregiver
  • Passengers with an official air travel discount seal for themselves, or for both themselves and a caregiver, in their War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet/Rehabilitation Certification Booklet, and up to 1 caregiver
    *This discount will also apply to passengers issued with a War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet/Rehabilitation Certification Booklet without an official air travel discount seal, and also to their caregiver.
  • Passengers with a mental disability and up to 1 caregiver
Reservation Period From 09:30 (JST) 62 days before the departure date up to the departure date itself
Payment Deadline Reservations made no later than 3 days before the departure date: Within 3 days (including the reservation date)Reservations made 2 days or less before the departure date: 20 minutes before the flight departure time
  • Please note that if you reserve multiple flights with different payment deadlines simultaneously, the earliest of these deadlines will apply.
Changes Flight changes are permitted for reservations. However, it is not possible to change the name on the ticket or the flight sector.
Ticket Validity Period With flight reservation: Valid for the relevant flight reservation only
Without flight reservation: Valid on the issuance date(*1) and 1 year thereafter(*2)
  • *1 For IBEX e-tickets, this will be the date of credit card payment or the date cash payment is confirmed by the company.
  • *2 This period will not be extended even if it contains blackout dates.
Refunds Refunds can be requested from the ticket purchase date up to 30 days after the ticket expires.
If you have a printed ticket, please take it to the location you purchased it from. (You will require tickets for the entire itinerary when requesting refunds for certain sectors.)
A refund fee (JPY 440 per sector) and designated cancellation fee will apply.

For boarding procedures, the relevant booklet must be presented to staff at the departure airport counter.
The applicable fare amount is the amount valid on the purchase date (fare basis date). If you change your reservation after purchase, you will be required to pay any fare difference incurred.
Waitlisting is also available for certain flights if the flight you wish to travel on is fully booked.
