・予約の変更や取り消し・払い戻しを予約・購入元へ申し出たが、弊社規定と異なる手数料を請求される、または払い戻しが受けられない。
・払い戻しが受けられないのはIBEX事由であり、IBEXに連絡するよう案内される。

また、航空券比較サイト等を取り扱う旅行会社の一部では、海外を事業拠点として販売を行っているケースもございます。このような旅行会社は観光庁や都道府県の旅行業登録を受けていないことが多く、日本国内の旅行業法や旅行業約款に基づいた対応がなされないケースがございます。

The following cases have been confirmed regarding customers who have reserved /purchased IBEX tickets through flight ticket comparison websites.
・The website where you made your reservation /purchase will not respond to any requests to change, cancel, or refund your reservation, or will charge different fees for changes or cancellations than the ones stated in our terms and conditions.
・These refunds cannot be accepted due to IBEX policies, so you are advised to contact IBEX.

Since these websites operate independently of IBEX, we are unable to handle requests for refunds or inquiries concerning these matters. For any changes, refunds, or inquiries regarding IBEX tickets that you have reserved or purchased, please contact the website where you made your reservation/purchase.

Some of the travel agencies who manage Flight Comparison Websites have business bases overseas and sales tickets there. They are often not registered as travel agencies by the Japan Tourism Agency or prefectures, so there are cases where they do not handle transactions in accordance with Japan's Travel Agency Act and terms and conditions.
