The SKiP Service is unavailable in the following cases.
In these instances, you will need to carry out boarding procedures at an ANA airport counter or self-service check-in machine.
■SKiP Service usage conditions not met
Not yet completed reservation, purchase, and seat reservation
Have not obtained a 2D barcode
■Passengers traveling with a child or requiring other assistance
The SKiP Service is available for those with an infant e-ticket.
Children between the ages of 2 and 7 not accompanied by someone aged 12 or over upon reservation
IBEX Kid's Flight users
■Passengers using the Disability Discount Fare
The SKiP Service is available in the following cases:
Available for the 2nd sector onward for single reservations containing at least 2 sectors reserved with the Disability Discount Fare, and for which a certificate can be verified for the 1st sector
Available for ticket purchases made at ANA airport counters and travel agencies for which a certificate can be confirmed upon purchase
■Passengers traveling on the following connecting itineraries:
Connecting itineraries with 4 sectors or more
Connecting itineraries which have been reserved separately (in this instance, the SKiP Service can be used by sector)
■Other cases
Boarding procedures suspended for reasons such as bad weather
Procedures required by airport staff to confirm certification, etc.
